What Does the Process Look Like
After receiving your maintenance request, our service team will contact you to gather a few details about your system. We service a wide range of forced-air equipment and it will help us prepare and ensure you get the best possible service.
Once we have the basics, we’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time for your maintenance appointment. For the best communication and service experience, we do ask that someone be present during the visit.
How long does maintenance take?
The time varies depending on your system’s setup and how recently it’s been serviced. In most cases, you can expect your appointment to take about 1 to 1.5 hours per piece of equipment.
During that time, your technician will perform a full range of system diagnostics, efficiency tests, and basic cleaning tasks. If any issues are found, we’ll discuss them with you before moving forward with repairs. Our goal is to keep you fully informed every step of the way.
New to your home? No problem—our team is here to help you get to know your system and ensure it’s running at its best.
Design Air Protection Plan
The cost of maintenance can vary depending on your system’s configuration and equipment type. Whether you have a forced-air furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, fireplace, or ductless mini-split, your system may qualify for our Design Air Protection Plan.
This plan includes a 12-month guarantee and a range of valuable benefits, such as:
- Diagnostic fee waivers*
- Priority scheduling
- Discounts on select repairs
- Accessory coverage (humidifiers, air purifiers, HRV/ERV systems) when serviced at the same time as your equipment
It’s designed to give you greater peace of mind and protection should something unexpected happen.
Worried about costs? We offer budget-friendly monthly payment options after your first service, making it easy to keep your system covered all year long.
*Terms and conditions apply—see our team for details.
The best way to get started is to contact us. We’ll review your system to determine if it’s eligible for the Design Air Protection Plan.
Please note: Some systems are not eligible, including gravity furnaces, wall furnaces, console heaters, unit heaters, and PTAC/VTAC units.
Not ready to commit? No problem—ask us about our standard, non-renewal maintenance option. You’ll receive the same expert service, just without the ongoing plan benefits.
