The Design Air Maintenance Program
Join our maintenance family! Our maintenance program has been built around customer like you who have told us what they value in a maintenance program: Completeness, honesty, and integrity.
Keeping these three values in mind, when on our maintenance program, Design Air will send an experienced service technician to your home to perform our tune-up, which includes a thorough diagnostic check (an $89 value), inspection and cleaning on your heating and cooling system once to twice per year depending on your system’s needs. Upon completion, the service technician will review his findings with you, provide you with written professional findings, recommendations and 12 month guarantee.
The Design Air 12-month maintenance guarantee gives our customers a little extra assurance. If during the warranty period you experience a mechanical failure, you will incur no trip and diagnostic charges and will only be responsible for the actual repair amount.
